Rotoscope -movie clip

1. DISPLAY "Timeline" window (Window > Timeline)
2. OPEN video file in timeline (File > Import > Video frames to Layers)
3. SELECT "IN & OUT" points
4. SELECT "New layers visible in All Frames"
5. CREATE "a new group" for this layers ( Call this VIDEO )
6. SELECT all the visible layers and Move them into "VIDEO" folder
7. CREATE "a new group" and call it ROTOSCOPE
8. DESELECT "New layers visible in All Frames"
9. CREATE a new layer for each frame ( INSIDE "ROTOSCOPE" folder)
10. START Rotoscoping on my desired way
11. SELECT the SECOND frame in the timeline and CREATE a new layer
12. SAME process for the following frames
13. Keep doing the following frames
14. EXPORT the whole video ( FIle > Export > Render video )
15. EXPORT the whole video as animated gif ( File > Export > Save for Web)
